By booking any service with UrbanZelt, you agree to the terms mentioned herein. UrbanZelt provides services through verified professionals, and while we strive for excellence, service outcomes may vary depending on equipment conditions and other factors.

• AC Repair
• Washing Machine
• Air Cooler
• Refrigerator
• Water Purifier
• Geyser
• Television

Service Warranty

Most services are covered by a limited service warranty (duration depends on the nature of service). Physical damages or customer-induced issues post-service are not covered under warranty.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the appointment. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days. Cancellations after technician dispatch may attract a minimal charge.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data is secured and only used to schedule and confirm appointments. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.
